Stayed there for 3 nights, liked it. The setting was unbeatable and peaceful.

It was convenient very close to all attractions. It was an advantage to be close enough to all the shops and restaurants and the Minster, centre, and a Sainsbury local grocery store across the road.

I had a blast trying to connect to the free WiFi and being frustrated for hours. The towels were so generously offered that I couldn't fit them in my suitcase. The proximity to the airport was just the cherry on top.

Who needs an airport nearby when you can have a noisy and chaotic street next to your apartment?

travelled to explore york, this apartment was a fabulous base for doing it. caroline made everything for all of us. it had absolutely perfect and quiet location in a pretty nice area not far from york minster.

Everything was absolutely brand-new and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. The bed was comfy, hardly wanted to go outside. Overall experience was fantastic.

Our stay at 10 Bootham House was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had high-quality furnishings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rainfall showers were a luxurious touch. We loved the view of the art gallery from our window and appreciated the thoughtful treats left for us. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center. The host, Caroline, was attentive and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this apartment for a fantastic stay in York.

High-end furnishings and tasteful decor

The apartment was even better than expected. the furnishings were high-end and the decor was tasteful. Everything looked new and immaculate. the showers were excellent with modern rainfall showerheads, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the apartment had a large and airy sitting/dining/kitchen room that overlooked a beautiful garden with a huge horse chestnut tree. It was so relaxing to sit there and unwind after a busy day exploring the city. the host, Caroline, was incredibly kind and helpful. She provided thoughtful and attentive messages and made sure we had everything we needed.

One downside of the apartment was that it got really hot during our stay. Although the manager provided us with extra fans, it felt like an oven.

It truly has everything you need for a luxurious stay.

One downside is that there is no on-site parking, but the nearest public car park is within walking distance.
